                                           Laid by a professional Laminator the GRP body has a gloss gel coat finish and is reinforced to ensure
                                           suitable strength and rigidity, the double skinned doors and roof section come laminated and reinforced
                                           together, the latch recesses come installed.  Coloured gel coat is available at your request.

The Chassis

                        The GT40 NZ chassis is available at any stage of completeness from the basic chassis in bare steel to fully bracketed to accept motor,
                        transaxle, a-arms, drag links, steering rack and column etc, finished in Dulux 2 pack paint in the colour of your choice.
                        The triangulated space frame chassis is built on a precision rotating jig and is MIG/TIG welded as it is rotated to ensure accuracy for ease
                        of assembly throughout build.  The chassis has design approval from the LVVTA and has a proven record.

The Rolling Body/Chassis Package

                                    The GT40 NZ Rolling Body/Chassis package consists of "The Body" (Hand laid GRP fibreglass finished in gloss gel coat),
                                    "The Chassis" (Triangulated space frame, TIG welded and finished in Dulux 2 pack paint in the colour of your choice) and
                                    all parts required to assemble the rolling chassis. eg Floor plans, All A-arms and drag link arms, Front and Rear uprights
                                    with hub bearings and stub axles.  Bracketed to suit motor, gearbox, steering rack/column, A-arms, etc.  All rod ends and
                                    fastenings to support the rolling chassis and windscreen.
